Bumper to Bumper Certified Service Centers offer customers peace-of-mind through the Confidence Plus North American Warranty.
This 12-month/12,000 mile limited parts and labor warranty demonstrates our commitment to quality and to our customers.
All repairs and services performed at a preferred certified service center are backed by this warranty, giving customers assurance at home and on the road.
If an issue should arise, the customer can return to the certified service center where the repair was done.
If they're far from home, the warranty work can be done at any of our 30,000 preferred service centers across North America.
While each of our technicians strive to perform reliable repairs every time, our Confidence Plus North American Warranty adds an extra layer of surety with every service.
Direct Mail

That's why certified service centers take advantage of our successful and easy-to-use Direct Mail program.
It reminds existing customers to return for scheduled preventative maintenance checks and seasonal service.
Each certified service center can choose between our basic postcard program and our premium fold-over card program which includes personalized gift cards.
Regardless of the option, the cards are customized with the certified service center name and contact information, plus they are personalized with the customer's name on each card.

Advisory Councils
Established by participating warehouses, local Advisory Councils bring service center employees together to talk about new ideas and offer comments on current and future programs.
Certified service center owners are nominated by their warehouses to serve on Regional Advisory Councils, who then nominate their peers for the National Advisory Council, which meets annually.
All three councils review current and future programs and how they can be improved to meet the needs of each respective shop.
Ideas generated from the Advisory Councils are used to develop one, three and five year plans.
Advisory Councils also provide valuable networking opportunities that allow members to talk about issues that relate to them on a local level, which in turn can translate to a more global view of industry issues, trends and the role our members take in shaping our future.

HUB Training locations, a course list, class descriptions, instructors and schedules are available on our secure, members only Internet (Extranet).
Alliance University
These free online courses provide a full-range of professional development programs created specifically for busy certified service center manages and their employees.
Self-paced and delivered online, Alliance University classes are available 24/7/365, so students can take classes when and where they want.
Course groupings cover technical knowledge, safety topics, customer service issues and human resources matters.
