12 month / 12,000 Mile Warranty
Bumper to Bumper Certified Service Centers offer customers peace-of-mind through the Confidence Plus North American Warranty. This limited parts and labor warranty demonstrates our commitment to quality and to our customers. All repairs and services performed at a certified service center are backed by this warranty, giving customers assurance at home and on the road.
Direct Mail
It's no secret that businesses can only thrive by retaining loyal customers while attracting new ones. That's why certified service centers take advantage of our successful and easy-to-use Direct Mail program. It reminds existing customers to return for scheduled preventative maintenance checks and seasonal service. Our certified service centers like the increase in sales and customer response that each direct mailer brings.
Advisory Councils
Established by participating warehouses, local Advisory Councils bring service center employees together to talk about new ideas and offer comments on current and future programs. Certified service center owners are nominated by their warehouses to serve on Regional Advisory Councils who then nominate their peers for the National Advisory council, which meets annually. All councils review current marketing programs and how they can be improved to meet the needs of each respective shop. Advisory Councils also provide valuable networking opportunities.
Training
Learning was never easier or more affordable! Service centers are given the opportunity to learn new skills or brush up on old ones through multiple formats and settings. The Alliance University offers free online courses which provide a full-range of professional development programs created specifically for busy certified service center owners, managers and their employees. Webinars on the member only Alliance University are hosted by leading industry experts showcasing product features, benefits, applications and sales ideas. The vendor training program gives you hands-on technical training at the state-of-the-art training facilities of industry leading manufacturers.
